22-Jan-2004:   Additions and changes in beta's 12 - 14
  • The maximum of mounted mailboxes is now 30. Code is added to prevent duplicated mailbox entries from being created in MAILBOX.PM (i.e, you can no longer mount the same mailbox more than once).
  • When you add a new folder to an IMAP folders listing, Pegasus Mail will now ask you on what level that new folder should be created.
  • You can now use the right-click "Get folder information" option on IMAP folders. This gives a lot of information on the folder and its cache files; it also has options for selectively clearing parts of the cache.
  • All folders now insert new messages at the top of the folder list.

21-Dec-2003:   Additions and changes in beta 11
  • The right mouse function "Send new message to sender" will now present a list of available addresses to choose from.
  • Full persistent IMAP message caching has been implemented. Pegasus Mail now creates a cache file for each folder and stores copies of all downloaded messages there. The cache is persistent and is only cleared if the server indicates that the UID validity for the folder has changed.
  • Pegasus Mail now has the Mercury/32 v4.01a content control and updated regex engines - you can use the SPAMBUST.DAT ruleset from Mercury/32 v4.01a in this version.
